Once upon a time, on a bewitched Sunday, the siblings Anna and Tim decided with their parents to visit the Lohmühle hotel restaurant in Bayreuth. The two children were very excited and full of anticipation for the delicious food they had heard so much good about.
When they entered the restaurant, a friendly waiter greeted them and led them to a cozy table. The menu was packed with mouthwatering dishes, but Anna and Tim had already heard that there was a special children’s menu too. They looked it over with curiosity and could hardly decide among all the tempting options.
In the end, Anna chose the “Käpt’n Blaubär-Iglo-Teller” with crispy fish sticks, potatoes, and vegetables, while Tim picked the “Zilli, Billi and Willi” kids’ schnitzel with French fries. The parents opted for regional specialties and let themselves be delighted by the restaurant’s variety of flavors.
When the food was served, Anna and Tim beamed with joy. It tasted so good that they ate every last bite from their plates. And then something magical happened: the waiter came over with a mysterious chest to their table. “You’ve eaten everything so wonderfully that you deserve a special surprise,” he said with a wink.
Full of curiosity, Anna and Tim opened the chest—inside were colorful magic pencils. “With these pencils, you can conjure up your dreams and fantasies on paper,” the waiter explained. “Every picture you draw will capture a little piece of your magical journey here in the Lohmühle.” The children’s eyes sparkled with joy, and they thanked him warmly for the wonderful surprise.
