Please note: Since all our dishes are prepared fresh daily, not all Franconian delicacies are always on the menu at the same time—but with our rotating selection, there’s always something delicious in store for you. So here’s our tip: Why not try “Schäuferlä” (pork shoulder) with dumplings, Sauerbraten, Krenfleisch (with horseradish sauce), Rouladen, or one of our Franconian game dishes? Delicious!
