All areas in the hotel and restaurant are "non-smoking".
Please note that all rooms are non-smoking rooms. If this is not observed – even if smoking is done out of the window – a cancellation fee of 200.00 euros will be charged. Large ashtrays are provided in front of the reception (covered) and in front of the restaurant.
If you trigger an alarm by smoking (tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers) in the room or out of the window, using hairspray under the smoke detector, hot steam on the smoke detector, tampering with the smoke detector, etc., you may incur costs of up to 2,500.00 euros. We kindly ask you to handle these devices very carefully for your own safety.

Please pay your hotel bill by 11:00 AM. In addition to cash, we accept all common credit cards. Please note that for online bookings, we have not yet charged your credit card in advance. We are happy to send you the receipt electronically via email. Please provide us with your correct email address for this purpose.
Please hang the designated sign on the outer door if you do not wish to be disturbed. You will also find a lever to lock the door at your room door. If our room attendants are unable to clean your room by 12:00 PM due to the "Please do not disturb" sign, we will leave fresh towels and mineral water in front of your room door. We ask for your understanding.

We will set up a beautiful buffet with your brought cakes and only charge a cover fee of €2.50 for preparation, dishes, cutlery, and service. Our restaurant offers warm meals from Monday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
On Sundays, our restaurant is only open for lunch. On Sunday evenings, our staff takes a break for you!
During the festival season, the restaurant is also open after performances and on Sunday evenings.
From January to April and from September to October, the restaurant is only open in the evenings on weekdays.
There may be slight deviations. Please check the current times.
If restaurant reservations are not canceled, we assume a revenue of 20.00 euros per person, which we will then charge (Terms and Conditions)
