At the Hotel Restaurant Lohmühle, service is a top priority.
Whether it's arranging a beer tasting for you and your guests in our rooms with a certified beer sommelier, setting up a barrel sauna for you next to the hotel or whether you as a hotel guest would like to borrow an umbrella for a stroll through town or reading glasses as a restaurant guest (to replace the ones you forgot at home), whether you need quick help with a torn skirt hem or a tablet for a headache - we'll take care of it. We promise!

... if you want to be taken to the festival by taxi!
Shortly before and after performances, demand is sometimes so high that the hard-working Bayreuth taxi drivers can hardly keep up. Our tip: notify our reception desk of your taxi request in good time - and we will then reliably ensure that your taxi is at our door in good time (1 hour before the start) and at the agreed meeting point after the end of the performance.
Our tip: Book your seat early for our shuttle bus. The shuttle can be booked before and after the performance. Payment is then made directly to the driver.
... if you are visiting Bayreuth with your dog but don't have time to walk it!
If your dog gets on well with others, we will be happy to take him on a Bayreuth walk and then bring him back to you safe and sound. Please discuss this with us before you arrive.
Due to an unfortunate lack of appreciation in the past, this service now costs €15.00 per walk. We ask for your understanding for this change.

Rent a barrel sauna
The ‘hot’ event highlight: If you are a hotel guest planning a very special event highlight for you and your conference or seminar guests, your family or your friends ... how about a barrel sauna directly in front of or next to the hotel?
We have a special agreement with a barrel sauna provider and are happy to take care of the installation and connection of the sauna and the organisation of your barrel sauna event. Please contact us directly to discuss the terms and conditions and to arrange a date, and we will clarify all the details personally.
