Our Bayreuth holiday flat is a spacious dream for guests from all over the world!
It is not only centrally located in the Upper Franconian Wagner Festival city of Bayreuth, which has been shaped by Margravine Wilhelmine in the 18th century, giving it a particularly charming cityscape. It also offers qualities that enhance vacations with friends or family, or multi-day business stays, perfectly complementing our offer of Lohmühle hotel rooms.
This holiday flat can accommodate up to 6 people
The two-story maisonette apartment, covering 94 m2, offers ample space for 2 to 6 people. It features two air-conditioned bedrooms in the attic (each with two beds), an air-conditioned living room (with a pull-out sofa for 2 people), and a small dining area for 6 people. Some areas have smooth flooring.

The built-in high-quality lightweight kitchen provides essential kitchen utensils for self-catering and is additionally equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and kettle.
Special plus: the generous furnishings of the holiday flat
The apartment is equipped with a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom also features a triangular bathtub with a shower option and a large sink with two washbasins and a big mirror. The towels are replaced every four days.
The holiday flat has its own terrace access
From the living room of the apartment, you can access the furnished public sun terrace. There is even a beach chair available, along with various other seating options for relaxation.
Breakfast, lunch or dinner also possible in the restaurant
You are welcome to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the buffet in our adjacent restaurant "Lohmühle" (à la carte). During the festival season (in normal operation), the restaurant is also open late after the performances.
Our restaurant is known for its fish dishes (fish from our own pond), Franconian and international specialties, as well as a well-curated beverage selection.
