Please create your uniform bus menu:
The service is fastest with a uniform menu.
If you need a selection for the main courses, as there are vegetarians and vegans in the group, please coordinate the soup/appetizer and dessert accordingly and include the vegetarian/vegan alternative. We need the selection as soon as possible before your appointment. Please clarify any intolerances with us in advance, as "à la minute" is no longer possible. We appreciate your understanding.


Starters/Soups

Franconian potato soup with marjoram and root vegetables (vegetarian/vegan possible)
or
Seasonal starter salad with a mustard dressing and croutons (vegan)
or
Warm goat cheese with fresh cress and honey,
served with a salad bouquet and baguette (vegetarian)
or
Half a dozen Nuremberg bratwurst, served in a bacon-onion broth,
accompanied by fresh farmhouse bread
or
Three pan-fried Maultaschen made from local venison & deer,
served in a spicy malt beer broth, arranged on sweet-sour pickled vegetables and fruit


Meat main courses

Roasted "Schäuferla" from the pork shoulder
served with dark beer gravy, bacon sauerkraut, and Bayreuth dumpling
or
Beef brisket with horseradish sauce and root vegetables,
served with Bayreuth dumpling
or
Quick-fried slices of calf liver "Berlin style"
with a light apple-balsamic glaze, sautéed apples and onion slices,
served with homemade potato-celery purée


Main courses Fish

Franconian trout "Müllerin Art"
Whole trout, dusted in flour and fried to a golden brown,
served with young potatoes, almond butter, and a side salad

Pike-perch fillet pan-fried with butter vegetables and rosemary potatoes


Main courses vegetarian/vegan

Seasonal vegetable gnocchi tossed in nut butter
with honey, diced pears, and walnuts, garnished with Parmesan (vegetarian)
or
Indian lentil curry with root vegetables, coconut milk, ginger, and chili,
served with bread chips (vegan)


Desserts

Apple fritters in cinnamon sugar with vanilla ice cream (vegetarian option available)
or
Hay panna cotta with vanilla apricots
or
Two types of sorbet on marinated fruits (vegan)


3-course menu of your choice €29.50 per person


If you need a bus parking space, please let us know so that we can reserve our bus parking area in front of the restaurant for you.

Dear travel organizers,

If you would like to add a side salad for your group, we will charge 6.00 Euros per person.

If your group prefers fresh baguette and ice water, we will charge 2.50 Euros per person for this.

If ice water is needed on the tables, please let us know in advance.

If your group arrives by bus, we offer a free parking space in front of our restaurant. We kindly ask for a reservation.

Every 21st person is free of charge.
